At present, Reviva only offers delivery within the UK. Delivery costs are additional to the displayed price and vary depending on the delivery service you select. All delivery charges will be confirmed to you before you place your order. Costs are based on size, weight and delivery location. Please add your items to the basket and complete your address to see the total delivery cost.
Once dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email and tracking reference number from the courier, along with your expected delivery date.
All orders are delivered by a third-party courier. If you selected the Royal Mail Tracked 24 Service, a signature will be required upon delivery.
We genuinely welcome your feedback on all our products. If you find yourself missing an item or if you’ve received an item that is incorrect or damaged, please get in touch with us at orders@reviva-coffee.com. We aim to respond to all emails within 24 hours from Monday to Friday.
Please note that for any coffee product within our range, including beans, ground coffee and capsules, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless the product is incorrect or damaged. This policy is in place due to the perishable nature of these products.
